We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery like Bluedart, UPS, BVC, Fed Ex & Sequel.  In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same.

Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email contact@diamondtine.com. For orders that are already dispatched, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

We would love to give you an exclusive personal touch to your product! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page. We use only the best within your budget and that is why we offer HI-SI and GH-VS colour. They are 100% natural and conflict free diamonds

 

There might be a variation of +/-10% as these are all handcrafted pieces.

If the gold weight goes higher, you need not pay additional cost. If it’s lower than 10%, we will pay the difference.

Repairs, Returns & exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with our products, so returning a piece is made extremely easy.  Try your purchases in the comfort of your home and if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 10 days from the delivery date. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QA team. This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging and certification are intact and there are no signs of wear or tear on any of the jewellery pieces. Our QA team will review the returned product and we will get back to you. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange

In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

In case, the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

Diamondtine is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of Diamondtine.

Diamondtine reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 2 occasions in a financial year.

Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Diamondtine. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of Diamondtine jewellery. Reimbursement of the shipping charges shall be credited to the customer.

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days. And if the order needs to be exchanged or returned post 10 days, shipping charges of Rs 500 shall be deducted towards refund / exchange. The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

The refund will be credited to the original source of payment bank transfer in case of cash payment.

At Diamondtine, we pay great attention to quality check but in case this has happened please don’t stress, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a fresh one. The exchange or refund will be processed once it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days

All our products undergo thorough quality check before it reaches you, so in case your jewelry requires repair we would fix it for you free of charge within 10 days of delivery. To initiate the repair process, kindly connect with us by dropping us an email on contact@diamondtine.com or call us on 9810876359 . In case your Diamondtine product requires repair beyond 15 days of purchase, we are glad to assist you . In this case, additional charges will be levied on a case to case basis which will be communicated by our team before we commence the repair work.

Don’t worry, we will resize your piece within 15 days. Please note that the tag needs to be intact and should not be removed from the product. The resizing is complimentary in case of smaller size . We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within 10 days of delivery, beyond that the shipping charge of Rs 500 shall be charged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund for a gift item, instead a credit note can be issued against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes have lifetime validity.

Pieces with engraving are specially made for you hence cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from Diamondtine within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the free gift items, discount or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

Diamondtine Account can be accessed once you Sign up or Log in. You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account. This will enable you to stay up to date on the status of your order(s), view your order history and wish list. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

We’re regret to inform that you are unable to transfer your credit from one Diamondtine account to another. Only the account holder can access and use the credit.

Materials & Product Care

All Diamondtine products are designed and manufactured in our own factory. 

We only use Swiss pure gold with master alloys. For 18 karat, 75% is pure Swiss gold and remaining 25% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold. In case of 14 Karat, 58.5% is pure Swiss gold and remaining 41.5% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold.

We use only the best within your budget and that is why we offer HI-SI and GH-VS quality diamonds. We have the best source for diamonds and all our diamonds are sorted and graded for its consistency and later the final product is certified by a third part laboratory like SGL, GIN, GIH & IGI for its authenticity.

You can rely on us that each piece comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity . Your diamond jewellery comes with a certification from GIH/GIN/SGL for its authenticity of the diamonds and BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

Your jewelry is BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

All the diamonds are natural and graded as per GIA (Gemological Institute of America) standards.

GH & HI represent the color standard and VS & SI represent the clarity of diamonds.

When our pieces are not worn, we recommend storing them separately in a lined box provided or in soft pouch, so that they don’t rub together or become tangled. This helps prevent scratching and maintains color.. You can avoid applying scents, lotions and sprays near to your jewelry, alternatively it is advisable to put your jewelry on last or before heading out.

To retain the lustre of your jewelry soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of liquid soap. You can use a soft brush to clean and then pat dry with a dry cloth. Take care to use warm water only to clean your gold and diamond jewelry.

Yes absolutely you can wear it daily provided you can keep it away from detergents, chlorine, perfume, soap, shampoo, ultrasonic rays and liquid jewelry cleaners. Enamel used in Diamondtine jewelry is handmade and delicate, it can chip and fade in color, so handle your jewelry with care.

Gifting
We would love you to gift your loved ones a Diamondtine product ! We offer digital gift cards. Select “Gift Cards” under the Gift section, and select your preferred value. The digital gift cards are non-refundable. A code shall be emailed to you and this code can be entered during checkout.

We offer digital gift cards for your loved ones. Please select Gift card under the Gifting section and add it to the bag. You have an option to select your preferred value. A code shall be emailed to you and simply enter this code at checkout. The value of the gift card will be automatically deducted.

You can definitely add a personal message.

Diamondtine’s digital gift cards have a lifetime validity.

The procedure is very simple, you can redeem the gift card during checkout. While doing the payment , enter your Gift Card number in the field labeled ‘Discount Code’. The total for your purchase (including tax) will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, the difference amount will have to be borne by you. 

If the value of the Diamondtine product what you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, the difference will have to be borne by you. And if the value of the Diamondtine product you choose is lesser than the value of the gift card, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases. The amount will get reflected in your Diamondtine account.
