Tell us the idea

A sketch, a screenshot, a photo of an heirloom, or a sentence. Our team replies with questions, options and an indicative price band.

Approve the CAD

We model your piece in 3D and send renders from every angle, with exact stone sizes and metal weight. Revise it as often as you need.

We make it

Cast, set and finished by hand in our own atelier — never outsourced. You get progress photographs at casting and at setting.

Hallmarked & shipped

BIS hallmarking, diamond certification and a final inspection by hand, then insured delivery worldwide.

We are the workshop, not the middleman.

Most brands taking custom orders online place them with a factory. We are the factory. Every Diamondtine piece is cut, cast, set and polished by our own artisans in Surat — which is why we can change a design on Tuesday and still cast it on Thursday.

It also means one price, not a chain of margins. Nothing in our catalogue is bought in and resold.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

It depends almost entirely on the gold weight and the stones. Most commissions we make sit between ₹75,000 and ₹3,00,000. Tell us your budget in the brief and we'll design something that lands inside it.

Three to five days for the CAD, two to three weeks to make it, and three to seven days in transit. Roughly four to five weeks door to door.

No. The CAD render and the quote come first, at no cost and no obligation.

Yes — resetting an heirloom is some of our favourite work. Send photographs and we'll tell you honestly whether the stones are sound enough to reset.

Because you approve the render before we cast, this is rare — but sizing adjustments and finishing corrections are on us.
