1. What shipping methods do you offer?

Diamondtine offers complimentary standard shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other reliable logistics partners, depending on the destination.

Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days after dispatch. All shipments are fully insured, trackable, and securely packed to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.


For international orders:

Customs duties are included in our prices for most countries.

Exclusions: Pakistan, China, Sri Lanka, Russia, Nigeria, South Africa, Morocco, Algeria, Bangladesh, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan.

For orders shipped to these locations, import duties, VAT, customs charges, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
2. Do you provide third-party diamond certification?

Yes, Diamondtine provides third-party certification for selected diamond jewelry pieces from trusted gemological laboratories such as IGI, HRD, IDGL, GIN, and SGL.

If you would like certification included with your order, please contact us before placing your order so we can guide you with the available options.
3. Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, we do accept rush orders depending on product availability and current production timelines.

Please note:

• Rush orders may involve an additional fee.

• Upgraded shipping charges may apply.

• Rush orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
4. Are your diamonds natural?

Yes. All diamonds used in Diamondtine’s listed fine jewelry pieces are 100% natural and untreated, unless mentioned otherwise.

We do not use lab-created diamonds in our regular collections. However, we can create jewelry with lab-grown diamonds upon request.

All Diamondtine fine jewelry is crafted in solid gold as described. We do not use plated or gold-filled materials in our fine jewelry collections.
5. Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

To keep your Diamondtine jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following care routine:

• Soak the jewelry in warm water mixed with mild dish soap.
• Gently clean it using a soft brush.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using paper towels.
• Use a jewelry polishing cloth for extra shine.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and abrasive cleaners.

Proper care will help preserve the finish, shine, and setting of your jewelry for years to come.
6. How should I clean and care for my jewelry?

To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry:

  • Soak the piece in warm water mixed with mild dish soap (10:2 ratio) for up to 3 hours.
  • Gently clean using a soft brush.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Pat dry with a soft cloth (avoid paper towels).
  • Use a jewelry polishing cloth for additional shine.
  • Avoid exposure to bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.
